Louis Antonellis

Lou Antonellis was elected to GBLC leadership in 2024 as Executive Vice President the Building and Construction Trades.

Lou has been the Business Manager/Financial Secretary of IBEW, Local 103 since 2006 and has been a member of IBEW Local 103 for over 35 years. Under his leadership, the union has become one of the country's largest and most diverse construction unions. Lou is a fierce advocate for working families and has fought tirelessly to ensure that Local 103 IBEW members have access to good-paying jobs, quality health care, and secure retirement.

In addition, Lou has been instrumental in setting higher diversity standards for Local 103 IBEW and the construction industry. He has worked to increase the number of women and people of color in the skilled trades, and has been a strong voice for fairness, equity, and inclusion. Lou is deeply committed to building a better future for all workers and their families, and is dedicated to the mission of the IBEW to promote social and economic justice for all.
